My idea is you won't get trust from others if you don't trust others at first. So I would try to trust others as far as I can with reasonable doubt. Even it might hurts in the end.....one of the counterpart in one relationship must try to offer their kindness first, or else the relationship would just be filled with suspicions.

Yet, ones must learn and do proper protective measures for themselves in order to survive.

be frank I can't do anything for this girl except for sending SMS to show my caring, and visiting her when she feels lonely.... these little actions can't give great impact to the girls since other ching can do the same.... so I can't see I have an edge in front of other chings who are loving my girl..... that may be a cycle to make me low trusty to the girl..... damn me....
