Stop abusing "report to mod"  for your own purpose. It is for you to report some suspicous posts to moderator in stead of asking questions.

Let me discuss Toronto here:
1) I go clubs mainly for partying. I do get sex sometimes but it reli depends and those girls are always professional

2) Strip club is banned in Toronto. Those left are reli C9.

3) I go to sorta 141 in Toronto most.  120-200 Cn for half an hour. So do your math. If u play a girl for 3 hours or more. u have to pay extra compensation 2. It reli depends on your negotiation skills.
