It is mainly the system.  In HK, the agent get a large share of what you pay (some say $400-500).

In Macau, the girl pay a fix fee to the agent (for hotel room, ad, taking the phone calls etc) which ranges from $800-$1000 per day, but the girl keeps everything they earn.  So in Macau, there is much less money "wasted" to the agent.  For girls that have good business, they make almost the same as in HK, and they have more control on what they want / don't want to do as this is their own business.

其實我建議包夜﹐帶女女返自己的酒店
玩的開心﹐又乾淨﹗其實女女也多數喜歡包夜
事關包夜的話她們可以分到六百元外加小費。
一千一之中其他的就是歸集團所有的
