Also you will know when you are able to let it go. You can stop it right before it happen by trying to hold it in. Don't do anything crazy the first few times. Try to hold it for 5 seconds the first time, the as you practice more do 10 seconds. The more you do it the longer you can hold the "gotta go" feeling. |
