KL/Penang hotel review and bar options

i have tried a few telegram incall places both in KL and Penang.    what a nightmare......  you have to go to the agent's location and agent will let you know which room to go.   if you dont like, they will let you go to a different room.   quality is just so poor and not worth the headache

my suggestion would be go to viet/thai PR bar/club, pay the PR fee which is not too high.   then try to make a deal.   not very easy but did once get a good looking thai girl for 1000myr, the girl is not a full time pro.  her BF almost followed us to hotel
