On 11 April 1983, Germany's most important post punk & Neue Deutsche Welle (German new wave) pioneers, XMal Deutschland released their debut studio album, Fetisch.
Their debut album "Fetisch" (1983) and the singles "Qual" and "Incubus Succubus II" all made the UK Independent charts, even though the band used German lyrics.
