Question: I seen ppl did it but without sauce in the heated wok. They did it with sauce on the pan, toss it with cooked chicken on the side. How will the taste be different?
It's almost like twice cook chicken wings.
Marinate, then boil in water.
Rinse alway all taste
Then fried in oil again
