They dont have money to strengthen their squad, most of the players lost interest in playing as there aren't much left to play apart from avoiding relegation.... don't think they can clinch European spot next year by winning any remaining cups they are in.... so basically they are left with poor league place and no  European footie next year and no funds to strengthen as the board wont have new money in and they are on verge of breaking financial fair play, probably need to sell some of the brighter players and still need to trim the old dead wood in the squad with big fat wage , sound pretty grim
