"Fade to Grey" is a song by British synth-pop band Visage, released on 14 November 1980 as the second single from their debut album, Visage (1980), on Polydor Records.

The song was the band's most successful single. It became a huge dance floor hit and entered the singles charts in late 1980, peaking at #8 in the UK Singles Chart and reaching #1 in both Germany and Switzerland. It help to popularize synthpop music in the early 1980s and is now regarded as the first New Romantic single.
