Not every girl treat customer the same.
Some are ok for customer to touch them some are not.
I seen girls in bar that enjoy very much when customer touch (acting or not i dont know), and i seen girl face turn so digusting when customer not looking at them.
I go gogo bars all the time since i stay in bangkok, some girls in the bar just want drinks from customer for quota, they dont care about the customer much. So sometime you are lucky to get nice girls sometime it's just plain unlucky. (most of the time it's the pretty girl (红牌）that do that, even the mamasan will come take the girl away in some bar to their regular customer)
And for me usually i wont complain about the bill or the girl service unless it's very serious and need to be talk to the manager. When you complain the manager might treat you very nicely on the spot (cancel the bill etc) but next time you might not be welcomed there anymore, other girl might be warned about you even you didnt do anything wrong. So you might have one less bar that you can enjoy in the future.
Anyway enjoy yourself while you are here, dont bother too much about these little things.
