Soi Cowboy Entry fee/test from 12/31

Since New Year's Eve, both entrance in the front and back of Soi Cowboy have covid testing booth.  Whoever want to enter need to pay 120baht (180baht on New Year's Eve) to get test kit and get a negative result before enter.  

It is troublesome but then i guess it feels relieve knowing everyone in that zone at least get a negative result even though it's not 100% accurate.

Im told the testing booth was setup under an order from Khlong Toei Police department.  While over at Nana and Soi 7 it's totally come as you go since there are under other Police department coverage.

And i heard from Mamasan from billboard and butterfly that those bars above nana plaza ground floor wont be open for another 3 months...

Latest update i know so far, Khaosan road along with other bars are like soi 7 are now closed for a week at least since the omicron cases are detected over there.  Massage places still open though..

Covid cases jump from previously 3K per day to 7.5k today Jan 07.  Now many area stay closed until next Tuesday and alcohol served until 9pm only in restaurant.  Only good thing is Baht is lower now

泰國政府暫停Test & Go, 昨日又睇到話已批嘅Thailand Pass要喺十號前入境, 果啲吧關門多三個月完全唔出奇

泰國predict 1-2月有機會爆返去過萬case, 所以應該乜都收緊返

而家泰國每日過萬單個案 但係test and go 二月開始重新出發之後 已經收到數以十萬個申請 應該係會慢慢恢復嘅
