The basement cafe/bar near Soi 13 should be Thermae. It's not located inside the soi but on the main Sukhumvit road. Do u mean this one?
I can hardly believe that the freelancers in Thermae are "OL and students". Been there several time, I found they appearing every night too. More or less, they were the same group of freelancers . They were generally elder than gogo girls though better than Beer garden in Soi 7. It's a bit boring to pick up a freelancer here than spending an evening in gogo bars.
