Perb dot cc has tons of up to date intels on Vancouver.   You must create an account in order to search the forum. The reviews usually mention the name and the last four digits of the phone number which you may search in leolist.  And vice versa, alway check reviews in perb before booking.  Lots of bait and switch in Vancouver.

perb is good indicator but most of them are casuasian perspective. Try AZA747
