The ones that you mention, are difficult to get to by non Thai speaking tourist.  
You can search Mermaid massage on Chiangmai location related sites for their price.  
I remember it is about 2500b an hour for high quality girls.

I usually go there around 3 or 4 pm, and walk back to the night bazaar area around 6pm.
I am a little afraid of the soi dogs that hang around near the hotel spa entrance.   
Dogs like to eat nuts.    55555555
