Yes this is correct. Base on the new law, girls are not allow to do BJ without condom. But some girls still provide this service but asking for extra money.

Most of rental cars in Euro are manual transmission. Once about few years ago, I booked a auto transmission rental car before departure. But when I arrived Paris airport, was told no auto transmission car available.
