Before posting them here, I have checked the files by downloading them and scanned with "360 total security" and it has confirmed the files are without infections.

You might want to run full scans of your computing device to make sure there are no malware, no adware, no virus, no trojan, and web browser not being hijacked.

Try use ad blocking plugins for browsers to minimize ads showing.

Hey Bro, Thanks for your patience to explain the solution for my query.

Actually I am using 360 total security too, perhaps it is not the same with you.

My computer is being protected by 360 total security, I don't know why Windows Defender will come out to take action to block my download.

Anyway, your information is correct but the download link may be embedded with unknown advertising or malware.

However, I don't mind to do the testing and keep trying to find out what is my actual download problem. I think if the download link can be forwarded to certain guaranteed website such as cnet then that is more safer.

Keep going to contribute our efforts to serve our readers.
