The problem with Soi 6 is that all bars own ST rooms upstairs. They are actually brothels, neither agogo nor bars.

Why agogos charge barfine? That means all girls after leaving do not have any connection with the agogo. The customers paying and fucking girls in their rooms are the private deals between them, not related to the agogo. They operate like night clubs in HK and elsewhere in the world. Agogos are legal premises at all.
