Most probably this statement should not be valid. As early as 1999~2000, sometimes there were on-and-off supply of 1~2 Japanese girls in D1 in limited periods of 1~2 months. The charges then were already $3,000 (compared to around $1,400 for normal girls).
Provided that they are real Japanese girls, they cannot be cheap in whatever night places. |
