Anyone own Tern Folding Bike Verge X20

As the above title, anyone own Tern Verge x20 bike?  Interested to get 1 but with the premium price like to get more opinion before purchase it.  By the specs of it, it is indeed a fast bike to ride.  I am currently riding on 26 inch mtb and want to know is this folding bike Verge x20 anyway near to it in terms of speed.  My MTB has got XT gearset on it and it is pretty smooth to ride on.  Look like Verge x20 is lighter and smaller wheel to ride on.  Others than that any cons on riding a 20 inch folding bike.

This is a dahon mu 24speed folding bike I once own. Don't know if it resembles your tern x20.

Its CG is high,

Small wheels cannot be more stable than bigger wheels   

Small wheels cannot be faster than bigger wheels but it picks up speed faster than bigger wheels

Steering is more direct and faster to turn direction 'cos it doesn't have '鵝頸'

If you have the place for the 26er MTB, you shouldnt go back to a 20 inch bike......those bikes are way too small for adult I think......it tends to throw you off bar if you hit the brake when decending..........if you want a faster bike get a road bike then.

Thanks for your advice but saw those 20 inch wheeler guys are fast on cycling path.

This Tern verge X20, I saw it at TKO before, that nice bike can riding fast, it almost can riding speed same as road bike. That price around hkd 16900.

C-Hing, this is already Tern top bike 20 inch wheel.  I saw the real bike yesterday.  Color of it are really striking.  The shop guy told me people will be Tern x18 and modify

Depends on you, but for me that X20 is enough for me, if you want do the modify, i suggest you ride after half year later, coz you don,t know which parts you need change.

Tern X20 to me is very high end and don't think need to modify except for lighter wheels.  It seem the price you quote has gone up and I think they are selling around 21k.
