taikoo shing is probably the only place in hk island with the most christmas decorations
yes, the maintenance fee is high but the upkeep of the whole estate is first class
cannot tell the estate is about 40 years old

What you say is 1000% true,
even the residential entrance decoration is the best in HK,
the management fee is not so high, only HK$1.45 per sq.ft.
