German Riselings are way under-appreciated these days. They match Chinese Cuisine well, have an amazing ability to age and have this beautiful petroleum fragrance when aged; and they are low in alcohol-- if you read those labels, they are always about 8 to 10% by vol in alcohol levels.

The petroleum smell and "rubber" smell are because.......the vineyard is by the roadside.
