Those top spa in Toronto don't provide FS. Few of them here.
However, usually asian spa will provide all these extra service.

多倫多無乜嘢好玩，加上舊年年尾出左條新例，做雞無罪就叫雞有罪，所以少左去玩。

Nothing is 100% safe.
It's really hard for the police to prove that you are paying for sex.
