有級數的酒莊的試酒花, 是一件盛事

You can go to Mouton, pay some 20-30 Euro to join their tour (one of the few Chateaux in Bordeaux that charge money for tour) and you can taste their their latest wine from the barrel.

Frankly, they are typically way too young and is not very attractive.

Just beware that, depends on the time, the wine served at such tastings may not be the same as the final wine.

The wine in each barrel is different, and the final wine is a blend of all the barrels.  So barrel tasting is only tasting wines in a "representative barrel" (or somes a blend of several barrels) that they believe would be similar to the final wine.

It has been discovered that there are some winery that pick wines from their best barrels and made a "special cuvee" for these tastings to get a high score.
