If what is left is not a good bottle of wine, then why spend $4,500 to keep it a few more days?

If it is a good bottle of wine (first, unlikely there will be any left...), then it should survive, or even develop better if I use those 幾十元隻收真空樽塞 by leaving a little bit of oxygen in the bottle.

有時一人個真係唔會開支標準裝飲,

One way to deal with this is after you opened the wine, first pour the wine into an empty "half bottle" bottle.  Since the "half bottle" bottle is full, you only need a normal cork to close it,  This is similar to re-cork an old bottle of wine, virtually no oxygen in the bottle, and in theory, it could be kept for years.

You can then enjoy the other half in the original bottle.

BTW, I never found 半瓶裝無咁好飲.  In theory, they should be even better because they will develop faster, and most wines were opened far too early.
