For 3P in sauna, the price on them vary so it depends on whom you pick.    For 3P in Thermae, you just pay whatever is negotiated & agreed, and most thermae girls mostly ask for 2500ST and 5000LT.   If you go for 3P ST, that will be 5000b.   If you go for 3P LT, it will be 10000b.  

For hotels near Thermae, I recommend S15 or Dream.   Both are super close to Thermae and good quality/value.    If you want to shell out more, you can check out Westin or Sofitel.

They are bar girl friendly.   They took your guests ID card, and call you to ensure everything is ok before giving back the id when the girl(s) left.   No extra charges even for 2 guests at the same time for me, so 3p was not an issue.
