試hello kitty 白酒, 加自家波叉燒

系淘寶買左只光波爐, 就試下自家波叉燒來食, 味道仲好過好多出邊d 燒臘舖, 正!! 我d 廚藝冇荒廢度..

波完, 就開支前排買來氹女o既hello kitty 白酒來pair 下, 睇下得唔得.



tasting note:
grape variety: sauvignon gris.  之前從未飲過單一sauvignon gris o既酒. 一般都系攞來blend 其他酒.

A: clear, light yellow
N: clean, with lots of white flowers and stone fruits
P: off-dry, medium body and med+ acidity, quite crispy. loads of white flowers, yellow and stone fruits flavors, with hints of parfume. short length with minimum structure.

to conclude, just a fair wine, which is, well, expected before it's open.
However, it goes pretty well with my 叉燒, nice marriage
