These days ... I don't go to Macau on weekends but weekdays to avoid the crowd.

Last Thursday after lunch, I bought the package tickets for about $1600 for Excellent Sauna.
The good thing about buying this packages is that you also get the jetfoil tickets to and from HK, so a saving of about $350.
And then it also includes 2 extra services coupon.

Went into Excellent sauna at about 4pm.  Have a soak in their sauna pool.  There were category 4 movies showing at all times.  2 mainland girls wearing little kept walking by.  It's good to see their breasts bouncing up and down. One asked if I wanted her to shower me together, I said no and wanted someone to scrub my back.
She then took me to the scrubbing room and scrubbed my whole body.  Wow ... the dirts coming out from my body added up to the size of a marble.  At times, she touched my small brother.  At times, she quickly put in her mouth and did a quick suck.  My dick got bigger and she asked if I wanted a blow job for an additional $200.  I asked if we could have sex there and she said she couldn't do it in that room.  So I said no need to blow la.  The scrubbing cost one service coupon which is very worth it.

Went to the sauna room for some hot and cold baths and then went to the rest area.  A man massaged my legs and a girl cleaned my ears and massaged my shoulder a bit.  These cost 2 services coupons so I have to pay one service extra (about $250) which is worthwhile.

Emperor Hotel is 帝濠酒店. There is only Emperor Sauna帝濠桑拿 in that hotel.
Actually I have never heard a sauna named Excellent Sauna!

至尊桑拿is Supreme Sauna which is located at 財神酒店 Fortuna Hotel.

Excellent Sauna  極品桑拿  in Grand Emperor Hotel.
The sauna pool is a bit aged but all round it is still good.
I hope my recommendation won't result in too many C Hings visiting it as I enjoy it tranquility and quietness.
