生日就甘平平淡淡甘過左, 近排又冇乜雞運, 一於開支靚酒賀賀自己
'70 mouton half bottle,
開左之后我每5分鐘sip 一口, 到15分先完全打開, 典型old bordeaux, tannin almost fully melt, tastes like silky smooth. very earthy and filled with mushroom and wet leaves, with minty remains and got a hint of red fruits and cigars. the structure remains intact. the finish is medium+. however, it is so volatile that within less than 10 minutes, it went downhill with structure quickily broken down and became tasteless. Well, it's the end of my second glass, ie, the whole bottle anyway.
唔夠喉, 再開多支:
'76 lafite half bottle.
呢支正呀, 開左15分鐘之后, 不停evolve, tannin is still very high and harsh, only feeling a little mellow, which remains throughout the tasting, astonishing!! it tastes like forest floor, wet leaves, mushroom, green leaves, red fruits, strawberries, cigar box sweet spices......slowly evolving one by one!! wtf !! while i'm typing this, can still feel some new tastes like cinnamon coming out of the wine, amazing!! just freaking amazing!! the finish is incredibly long! I can still savor the tastes in my mouth!! wow!!
