I had PS2 and 3 and only PS4 now.  The portable one is losing its appeal when the cell is powerful enough to play some game. When you play on the portable platform, you are only looking for a temporary or short term entertainment. It doesn't make economic sense to invest on the portable game platform anymore when you can keep yourself entertained with your cell. You can do a lot more than playing app on your cell as well.
