加州掃黃辣招

男人嫖妓一般都會瞞着太太或女友，更不想親友知悉。美國加州里士滿市（Richmond）警方便抓緊這種心態，近日展開掃黃辣招，讓被逮捕的嫖客手持寫有自己名字的牌拍照，並將照片上傳至社交網facebook。警方希望借此收到阻嚇作用，令男人減少嫖妓。但這種未定罪先羞辱的做法，惹起極大爭議，被質疑侵犯私隱和人權。

I'm surprised no one has filed lawsuit against the PD and the city on these practice.  This is unconstitutional.  No one is guilty until proven by the court of law.  These are just strong cases of police abusing their authority.    If it happened to me and my face is all over the news already, I was going to make a big deal out of this and drag everyone down and cash in a big $$$ ticket.  

* special tip:  Don't get lawyers involved as many of them have under-the-table deals with the city and police.  Filing a lawsuit, writing your own deposition isn't get difficult of a task.  Start the process and let the court appoint a legal representative is the way to go.

Damn...is this recent event?     Maybe staying away from FS places for now...and sticking with massage/HJ is a safer move?   Will this "storm" be over or will this be an ongoing effort by the cops?

There is only one city of Richmond in CA and that's in northern CA, next to the city San Pablo.  However, withing the cities, there are a lot of Richmond districts.
