Moon cakes are, IMHO, too sweet for a sweet wine like sauterne or SGN. I would opt for tea or a nice coffee. If you must drink alcohol, a straight cognac, single malt or even Chinese Moutai/baichiu would be OK. Better still smoke a good Cuban cigar simultaneously.
