well, seems using film camera will make you more careful before taking the picture. I also like the original feeling of using film. Just a personal reason... I heard Japan is releasing some film cameras. My budge is around 3000

Your budget can only get the Nikon FM-10 or an instant camera, brand-new. Fujifilm 667 is obviously out.

Get a used model like EOS 3 or 5. Their lenses are 100% compatible with digital EOS cameras and you can re-use them later.
