Kelowna in BC is not bad, even if it is not top ten. I highly recommend to visit in Summer. Thank you for sharing

Hunter's valley near Sydney is very convenient. There are direct bus tours from China Town.Of course, don't drive after glasses of wine.

小弟算幸運，因地利之便，所以去過 3. 長島  5 蒙特雷 (加州)。(還要外加NAPA )不過小弟好奇，為何NAPA沒有在名單上，NAPA也是個很好的紅酒旅遊的地點~

Actually there are many great places to visit around the world, as top wine regions are typically on hillside and near river.  Top 10s are always very subjective, and some that I think are as good as those listed here are:

Mosel (and the nearby Rhinegau)
Chateauneuf du Pape
Finger Lake (in NY State, the wine is so so but the scene is excellent)
Sancerre
Barbaresco (the village itself)
Chianti Classico

Also one good think in the old world wine district is that there are no police to check drinking and driving
