This is basically an amplify board (IC based) without the chassis.  It is not a high quality board either.  Whether or not this is a good deal depends on how good the USB DAC is.  The board itself doesn't worth much money, maybe $20 USD, tops, IMHO.

For $19.50 USD, I would prefer this if not for the USD DAC,  Class A headphone amp/pre-amp..  It is at least a solid state device, not IC and it is class A.

You see Lomei c-hing, when it come to hi end..people pay for it regardless and no need reasons.  This is not hi end at all..Not expensive, true but the board only worth $20 USD to me, tops.  The USB DAC better worth more than 70 USD lol...huge price difference between hi end and none high end..
