I pay half of the MSRP if good condition..and that is high.  Say MSRP is $1,000...some of you might get it at $750 and use it for a year or less...still gets $500, that is a lot.  If I happen to run a retail shop like I used to..then I pay 30% of MSRP.  Lomei hing, CJ is far from collector's items.

I love walking, never had a chance to do trails in HK..don't know the place ma...but longest I walked in HK was from Mei Fu to TST to Kwun Tong..  Opps..not on so&so..hehe..

I got the first CJ preamp as mentioned in 1977 for US$500,by postal order.There were 6 tubes ,all 12Ax7 ? ( or 4 12Ax7 with 2 12AT7) The sound was like the Audio Research SP3. Later I also bought the Premium 4,with 4 EL34 each ch., 100watts/ch.I liked the mechanism of setting bias by the red LED.
They were good sounding and very smooth,but a bit blurred in both ends of the spectra.Very nice.
