It was the 'Adult Expo" 1st week of Janyary 2008, in Las Vegas, US$80/pr for ordinary entry, VIP US$100/pr.
There are similar shows in Barcelona this coming June and September in Hamburg. I wonder if there is any in Japan, which certainly attracts HK AV fans.
