Go listen to live music, in concert hall more..
Listen to more records and compare...knowing the characteristics of audio wave forms would help too and knowing the absorption and reflection of sound waves. Time delay under different conditions.
Maybe I am lucky that I have hardware background, love music and taught by a few experts plus years of experience..

最重要個point係要對樂器声音有認識先，咪先連真声都未曉點調都無用。試問交響樂都未聽過现场，最基本定音鼓係邊都唔知點搞

Yeah right, other than the speakers, and amp..never mentioned rest of his system.  This home visit/interview is a failure...
This works as a real estate / interior design interview better?
