大家好，睇新聞知道伯老想退市，報紙佬就大肆宣傳話樓市跌3成，好多人希望跌多D，大家點睇？好像大部分人都好天真以為一定大跌同跌左一定自己有能力買到供到。。。

I think there is certain media manipulation about the fall of estate prices, US only reduce it's purchasing of government bonds of 10 billion, it is still easing at 75 billion a month, with no mention of raising the interest rates.

係先前賣左手上既貨果批留定舊現金果班咪想跌又有銀紙買囉，其他既咪又係只可以齋up...
不過果幾D既辣蕉都令到成本高左，唔似以前咁好賺

睇報紙見到好似好多劈價盤, 於是早幾日又出咗去行吓. . . . . . .
其實一般劈價盤真係唔多, 通常係之前(或根本預咗)叫得太高, 依家只係回歸市價, 可能仲有小小議價空間. . . . . . .
真係想回20%~30%??? 發吓夢先啦! . . . . . . . 如果有請記得叫我!

I am selling some properties in New Territories, its down about 10% at most from year start, not really significant drop like they said, but the volume has dropped, and theres definitely some fear in the market. The thing about HK property holders, a lot of the old money don't carry debt, if price is not reasonable, these old money won't sell.
