There are cigarette machines available in addition to rollers, and tubes with filter. Machine costs about $25 USD and tubes are $3.25/250 tubes. Fine Virginia tobacco is for about $30USD/LB. Tobacco is inserted to tube by impact force, very easy, fast and no need skills. Each LB of tobacco should be good enough for 500 plus cigarettes. All these should be available in HK as well.

hvnt seen that before even back in aus tho. sometimes its juz annoying to roll on the street.
rollies is not that popular here so shouldnt be surprised that they dun hv machine sutffs for rolling in hk
