Nice report brother, thank you for providing the details.  
I am not very familiar with the Bay area but I know the price up in North CA is a bit more expensive.
The good thing about Bay area is there are very variety and choices.  They are lots of AAMPs located in nice condos or apartments in the San Jose area.  It is easy to find these places thru major websites.
In Southern CA, it is very difficult to find these AAMP places.  Most of these places would screen first time customers.

Myredbook- Most of them do not give a BBBJ.  it is not safe and almost 90% are use fake photos, no french kiss and do not shower with you unless you know them well.   If you need some information, you can PM me.  I just want to share some experience.  Good luck and play safe.
