同埋97(過10里)真係好高息, 而家真係好低息(2~3里)!
坐貨成本差好遠!!!

當年好多係篤手指數...就算低息...週轉唔到一樣爆....

而家既壓測...除非真係無得撈....否則點都供得起啦

以前就係...近年住得豪宅(唔係租客)基本上一定有d$$

因為個首期都夠full paid一間普通樓啦

可惜除非發生好大件事否則無可能落50%,
就算係跌都最多10-20%, 不過我諗上下5%波幅咁橫行一段時間既機人會仲大
宜家手上有貨既炒家持貨能力好強, 而且D貨早幾年已經買落, 根本唔怕慢慢等賣
而班用家除非係趕用, 否則就係度等跌
所以應該會橫行一段時間直至有咩特別借口去大動作吧
小弟都想跌50%...因為根本買唔起

There are many people now holding cash and waiting for the price to collapse then they can buy low, then the market won't collapse, unless some unexpected disaster happens and people all plan to move out Hong Kong, by that time the market will sink to bottom
