Have read so many good reports about 1654a especially those from submarine Ching that 1654a has become a MUST visit if one is visiting SG. Unfortunately it looks like I won't have the pleasure and chance to do so, at least not in the coming 2014.
So to all the ching's out there, please write more wonderful reports (with photos even better) so that I can at least use them while visiting 'madam-5'--望梅止渴！
