甚麼才是施工標準 ??
德國人一共在中國青島待了17年，沒修別墅，沒蓋大樓，
沒搞佈滿噴泉鮮花和七彩燈光的廣場，卻費了九牛二虎之力，
先把下水道給修了。
沒人看得見德國佬做的這些，基本上屬於吃力不討好。可是100年以後，
全中國人都看見了︰一個從來不淹水的青島﹗
【施工標準】︰青島原德國租界區的下水道，在高效使用了百餘年後，
一些界面零件需更換，經查詢，當年的公司已不存在，一個德國企業
發來電子郵件說︰根據德國企業的施工標準，在老化零件周邊3米範圍內，
可以找到存放備件的小倉庫。中方依建議果然找到了小倉庫，
裡面全是用油布包好的備用件，依舊光亮如新。
一個民族的精神、行為準則和行為規範是由什麼決定的？
答案……真的值得我們深思

We also visited their world famous 青島 Beer factory where beers are free and unlimited, while the peanuts are only one small bag per person.
As part of the tour, they showed off the original 100-yr old Seimen factory pump that is still in servicable condition today.
When the Seimen Co. found it out (approx > a decade ago), they requested to purchase back such a novelty for >$1M.
The 青島 Beer factory proudly declined so that they can continue to show-off German engineering wonders to beer factory visitors, which can draw more crowd than a Museum in 青島.
