The tonearm looks conventional ball bearing type.  No jewel, one point support, silicon oil damped and high mass, really.   The wooden case of cartridge reminds me of a Japanese brand called Koetsu, one of the best MC I have ever heard, even it is not as slim.  Overall, not a nice combo to consider and most likely it cost a lot anyway.
