但起碼有合約保障,點都好一定要睇清楚環境,表一閒閒地過十萬,表二有些幾萬蚊有相量,重有些可以分期供,政府沒心做,地區人士又返對,都唔等到幾時,

Just my opinion and experience

Most of the places now are actually illegal.  More than 80%
Expensive, but it sold out fast too
They promise you by contract that they will fully refund if government bans them (but remember they are limited company and may go for bankruptcy)

Obviously, this is a very sticky situation that the government will not have a solution for it
I have a feeling that they will let all of them be legal, at least for those not in the city.
