Bro wongfayhoon, I was in London several months ago and I tried to contact admiral. The agent phone is always busy. I got through once or twice, and that east European woman was quite rude. You can't ask any question and she shouted 'just give me the girl's name!'

Admiral's service quality has deteriorated a lot. Very disappointing. Business must be good for them
