I would say this is the management of 18 issue but not the service attitude of SN gal...if the management really focus on training of service then no matter how the gal think about their client then their are limited guarantee at least...18 gals turnover is big thus some gals do 7 days deal only, therefore they won't care about the service to client to keep return guest...but why this seldom happened to other SN? They also have 7 days deal gals, why those gals at least provide basic service? This is about management definitely...
Other SN probably can't really provide training to new gals but I believe a briefing session is a must for the procedures of service, I make an ecpxample of sanado, there are A , B, C package of service to let client to select, then manager must brief new gals about the procedure when they arrived before service guest...even the 6 steps game, new gals mostly need to wait for a week to join it, they must stand aside to observe how experienced gals play game with client to be familiar...
Last not least, can you tell me how many gals can meet those big fish like you stated? For sure will be some but the percentage is rare...I still would say, service is the best way to get return guest for either the SN company or working gals... |
