其實這里已經有好多的葡萄酒介紹的帖,不如你睇晒d舊帖先喇,睇完覺得有乜要問,?還想多了解的才提出黎問喇
我相信你如果真係會用心去睇,你就唔會問個問題問得咁空範!
睇完d帖,再有問題,大家都會好樂意回答你的

真正懂得欣赏或飮葡萄酒是一門學問、難以三言兩語解释。

這個問題還是留待早洩版主回答好了。

紅酒方面、小弟是門外漢、不懂飲也不懂欣賞、有問題還是留待專家(早洩版主)回應好了。

相信要教可能要到wset等機構學習才專業.

但品嘗葡萄酒最大吸引個人認為是跟食物配對而產生之化學作用.

可說是互相發揮其所長之效果.

簡單說是紅肉配紅酒. 因肉身較厚而紅酒中的單零可讓其更易入口.

而白酒則配白肉海鮮, 目的其酸度可讓海鮮及雞羊肉更特顯其鮮味.

葡萄酒真的是博大精深, 建議多點留意本區有關葡萄酒的文章, 從而找出杯中物的樂趣啊!

Wine is such a vast subject with so much knowledge about it that to learn about it well you need years of dedication to read, taste, try and actually visit the vineyards and winemakers before you have a good grasp of the subject. This is not unlike training to be doctor or lawyer: you need to study, deal with the customers, and gain experience and then you grow. Visiting the vineyards is very important as then you can see what terroir is all about, ESP when it comes to understanding the nature of the different Crus of Burgundy etc.
There is no way anyone can teach you anything substantial about wine here. Like someone already
suggested, pay for a structured wine course like WSET; or like myself, read lots of books on it, visit the countries and taste with winemakers. It is never cheap, and it takes time. But IMHO, just book/course knowledge do not get you far; this is like the Chinese saying---talk about military tactics on paper. You really need to drink the stuff.
FORGET ABOUT WINE if you want a fast introduction. Just drink red or white according to your intuition; there is no hard and fast rules about what goes with what. I am very fond of Pinot Noir and Sushi.

Just thought of a quick way to teach you to be a wine connoisseur: just drink Lafite and Latour and for that matter, Petrus, Mouton, Haut Brion, Chevalier Blanc and most importantly DRC wines.
I know lots of rich people do this and they think they know all about wines, a lot them are filthy rich MAINLANDERS. This is like driving a Ferrari around and thinking one being a F1 racer.
