Hi,

I need help for the shark fin restaurant.  Is there any restaurant that has cheap shark fin soup near Nana Plaza or near BTS/MRT stop since I will go there alone and don't want to take taxi...Also beside shark fin soup, what else are "must eat" in Bangkok?

Nana 一带只可以食西, 無魚翅食。食魚翅係唔会好平, 最平都要300b, 要睇翅大细, 貴到10000b 都有. 食翅最好去唐人街. 比較出名係中國城银都酒樓, 有胡慧中張相在大門口.

Thanks, but if I stay at Nana area, how can I get to 唐人街?  Does there any train close by or I need to take taxi from hotel?

乘MRT 到Hua Lamphong站，向西方向行大概10分钟就到，食魚次及燕窩都很好，特别推荐抄律子，非常好吃。

Thanks everyone for helping.

Finally, I came up a plan.  I still thinking about is it enough if I only stay in Bangkok for one night only because I will travel to HK and Macau also.

1.  Arrive BKK, then take train to hotel and check-in then take a rest;
2.  Take train again to Nataree;
3.  (Thanks austinpower and kakak)  乘MRT 到Hua Lamphong站，向西方向行大概10分钟 to 中國城银都酒樓 to eat;
4.  Go to Nana and cowboy and if found one, then bring a girl back to hotel.
5.  Get up next day and have breakfast then head to airport to HK.

Does my plan missing anything?  Regarding transportation, is BTS and MRT are my best choice?  Should I stay one more night to go to Thermae for freelance?

One night in BKK is not enough, you need at least 3 nights. If this is your first trip to Bangkok, I suggest you take taxi to china Town (less than 100B). just say "by china town" or "by Yao Wa Rat". Yaowarat is China town's main street.

If you take subway to Hua Lamphong, make sure you bring your map, it can be confusing to find your way to Yaowarat street if you don't know the area that well.

The cost and the time for travel between hkg to bkk, and for only stay one night, it's not worth!
If you get time, stay more nights! !

So is ibis hotel nana good?  it is a guest friendly hotel and not that expensive, but does the area safe when i walk back to hotel at night?

beside ibis nana, any suggestion for hotel?
