因不懂越南女那吃,so 我才去帝濠玩,
(之前說了不清楚金池,加上打令又搬左...)
吃神洲還是在近原產地好

Actually I don't have much negative feeling being called 港燦.  When we first use 燦 to describe people from mainland China, its quite negative as it refer to their 冇禮貌, 冇知識 characteristics.  However, when the term 港燦 developed, it mainly refer to HK people's financial behavior.  It really does not mean that HK people are poor, but do not like to spend big money (not necessary unable, just unwilling, especially if this is just for show off).  To me, this could be a compliment as this indicate we are smart spenders.

In Mainland, it's a common negative Pronouns for us;
In Macau, I don't know. okay, it may be a mis-understand during our talking.

睇黎師兄真係馬交新手、建議作每個場都去試下。而且唔好只去SN， 應該試下9號同富城會或金龍。比較下SN同NC分別•••如果唔介意個場環景、更應該試下酒店女女。我個人推薦新記女女、其他集團就唔多評價•••

If you just want a test, go to the government clinic (assume MC is same as HK).

In HK, the fee is minimal and most important, these test are done on confidential base (fortunately, I never had to do that before, but I believe it probably mean you don't even need to tell them your name and show any ID).  Since it is just a test, a good or bad doctor really makes little difference.  In HK, the department has a very nice name called 社會衛生科

The term first developed about 20 years ago, and PRC people use it to fight their disgrace with their money, which is one of the very few area that they are stronger than HK people back is those days.  But this is exactly the 燦 behavior.

Thanks for your kind suggestion, some virus isn't need to wait at least 3 months for identifed them out? (潛伏空槍期)I am considering in waiting more 3 days or go to take a test immediately. I was played on Monday this week.

I had probably over 100 environmental blow every year (if you go to Sanado, you easily get 3-4) and, touch wood, never 中招 (of course never 真軍).  I am thus not the right person to answer, but seems to me that the risk may be not be as high as you think.

You should definitely go to see the doctor but no need to be too worried.  After all, 4 hours is a lot of exercise for your little brother
